Jobsy is provided to help users organize career evidence and generate job-search materials. You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform
- Access other users' accounts or data without authorization
- Use automated tools against Jobsy except where explicitly allowed
3. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information.
4. Your Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in Jobsy, including resumes, evidence entries, notes, and generated outputs.
License to Operate the Service
You grant Jobsy a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service, including generating requested outputs, maintaining backups, and delivering workspace features.
AI Processing
Content you submit may be sent to third-party AI services to generate resumes, cover letters, interview guidance, analysis, and related outputs. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Jobsy for:
- Illegal activity or violation of others' rights
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
- Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise the service
- Creating deceptive or fraudulent job-search materials
- Submitting data you do not have permission to process

6. Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided to help you work faster, not to replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any output before using it in an application, interview, or public context.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jobsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Jobsy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access due to technical, security, or legal reasons.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Jobsy if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which Jobsy is operated, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
