Job Role:
As an Executive at IPPB, you will be responsible
for various sales and customer engagement activities. Your main focus will be
on promoting the Bank's products and ensuring customer acquisition through
different campaigns.
Job Description:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving
monthly sales targets for IPPB products.
- Organizing
customer acquisition events and running campaigns to promote financial
literacy in your local area.
- Conducting
training sessions for fellow GDS on IPPB products and services.
- Collaborating
with DoP Inspectors and Postmasters to drive sales.
- Assisting
in the acquisition of new customers for IPPB and partner organizations.
- Supporting
IPPB officers in various operations.
- Developing
strategic relationships with channel partners to boost sales and
disseminate marketing information.
- Performing
any additional duties as assigned by the Bank.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age
Limit: 20 to 35 years (as of September 1, 2024).
- Education:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution
(Regular/Distance Learning).
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as a Gramin Dak Sevak.
- Additional
Note: No vigilance or disciplinary case should be
pending against the applicant, and they should not be serving any
punishment at the time of applying.
Salary / Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will receive a lump sum
salary of ₹30,000/- per month, which is inclusive of all statutory
deductions. The pay will be subject to annual increments and performance-based
incentives. Note that no additional allowances or bonuses will be provided.
