Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), Rifleman (General Duty) in
Assam Rifles (AR), and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

Job Description:
- Performing guard and
security duties.
- Patrolling borders and
sensitive areas.
- Participating in
counter-insurgency and anti-terrorist operations.

Job Location: All India (Vacancies are state/UT-wise. Candidates must submit a domicile certificate).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 18-23 years (as on
01-01-2025) with relaxation for reserved categories
(SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen).
- Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation or
10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/University (as on
01-01-2025).
- Physical Standards: Candidates must meet the
prescribed physical standards as per the notification (details available
on the official website).
- Nationality: Citizen of India.
- Domicile: Candidates must submit a
Domicile Certificate/Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) of the
State/UT indicated in the application form.
- Other Criteria: Refer to the official

Salary/Pay Scale:
- Pay Level-1 (₹18,000 to
₹56,900) for Sepoy in NCB.
- Pay Level-3 (₹21,700/- to

Selection Process:
The
selection process will consist of:
- Computer Based Examination
(CBE):
This online exam will test candidates' knowledge in General Intelligence
& Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and
English/Hindi Language Comprehension.
- Physical Standard Test
(PST): This
test will assess candidates' physical fitness.
- Physical Efficiency Test
(PET):
This test will assess candidates' endurance and agility.
- Medical Examination: A thorough medical
examination will be conducted.
- Document Verification: Original documents will be
verified for authenticity.
Application Fees:
- General (UR)/EWS: ₹100.
- SC/ST/OBC: ₹50.
- Ex-Servicemen: Nil.
