Job Descriptions and Eligibility Criteria:

1. Store Keeper Grade-II

Job Role: Handle and manage stores.

Eligibility: 12th Pass + 1 year experience in store handling.

Age Limit: 18-25 years (Relaxable for Govt. servants up to 40 years).

 

2. Engine Driver

Job Role: Operate engines on vessels.

Eligibility: Matriculation + Certificate of competency as Engine Driver.

Age Limit: 18-30 years (Relaxable for Govt. servants up to 40 years).

 

3. Sarang Lascar

Job Role: Operate and manage vessels.

Eligibility: Matriculation + Certificate of Competency as Sarang.

Age Limit: 18-30 years (Relaxable for SC/ST by 5 years).

 

4. Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade)

Job Role: Drive and maintain vehicles.

Eligibility: 10th Pass + Valid driving license + 2 years experience.

Age Limit: 18-27 years (Relaxable for Govt. servants up to 40 years).

 

5. Lascar Ist Class

Job Role: Service on ship or craft.

Eligibility: Matriculation + 3 years of service on ship.

Age Limit: 18-30 years (Relaxable for SC by 5 years).

 

6. Multi-Tasking Staff (Peon)

Job Role: Office support and maintenance.

Eligibility: Matriculation + 2 years experience as Office Attendant.

Age Limit: 18-27 years (Relaxable for Govt. servants up to 40 years).

 

7. Rigger

Job Role: Perform rigging tasks.

Eligibility: Matriculation + Trade qualification or 4 years experience.

Age Limit: 18-27 years (Relaxable for Govt. servants up to 40 years).

 

 

Salary/Pay Scale:

Pay levels range from 01 to 04 in the pay matrix, with corresponding salaries as per government norms.
