The Ministry of Railways is inviting online applications from qualified candidates for different Para Medical positions. You can start registering for the Railway Para Medical Post on 17^th August 2024, ( Like that-Nursing Superintendent, Pharmacist (Entry Grade), Health and Malaria Inspector Grade III, Laboratory Assistant Grade II, Radiographer X-Ray Technician, Laboratory Superintendent Grade III, Dialysis Technician, Physiotherapist Grade II, Dietician, Audiologist and Speech Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, Dental Hygienist, Perfusionist, Occupational Therapist, Cath Laboratory Technician, Speech Therapist, Cardiac Technician, Optometrist, ECG Technician, Field Worker) and last date of online application submission of 16^th September 2024.

Eligibility:

Superintendent Nurse:

Registered Nurse certificate and completion of a 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery course, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing).

Pharmacist (Entry Grade):

Must have completed 10+2 in Science (or equivalent) and hold a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

Registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 is mandatory.

Health and Malaria Inspector Grade III:

Requires a B.Sc degree in Chemistry (either as a main or optional subject), along with a 1-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspection.

Laboratory Assistant Grade II:

Qualification options include:

10+2 in Science with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.

A Certificate Course in Medical Lab Technology, completed from a university-recognized or technical board-approved institution (full-time, 1-year duration).

Radiographer / X-Ray Technician:

Applicants must have completed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry. A 2-year Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technician/Radiodiagnosis Technology from a recognized institute is required.

Science graduates with a Diploma in Radiography are also eligible.

Laboratory Superintendent:

B.Sc degree is required in one of these fields: Medical Technology (Laboratory), Bio-Chemistry, Micro Biology, Life Science, Chemistry, or Biology.

Dialysis Technician:

Two qualification options are available:

B.Sc degree and a Diploma in Haemodialysis.

Two years of satisfactory in-house training/experience in Haemodialysis work at a reputable institution.

Physiotherapist Grade II:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.

Additionally, 2 years of practical experience in a government/private hospital with at least 100 beds is mandatory.

Dietician:

Two qualification options exist:

B.Sc with a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics.

B.Sc Home Science with a Master's degree in Home Science (Food and Nutrition).

Audiologist and Speech Therapist:

Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Audiology or Speech Language Pathology from a recognized university.

Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India is a prerequisite.

Clinical Psychologist:

Requires a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Psychology from a recognized university.

Dental Hygienist:

Eligibility requires a degree in Science followed by a 2-year Diploma/Certificate course in Dental Hygiene.

Registration with the Dental Council of India as a Dental Hygienist with 2 years of experience is mandatory.

Perfusionist:

Two qualification pathways exist:

B.Sc degree and a Diploma in Perfusion Technology.

B.Sc degree with 3 years of experience as a Cardio Pulmonary Pump Technician.

Occupational Therapist:

Requires 10+2 with Science and a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Cath Laboratory Technician:

Two qualification pathways are available:

B.Sc degree and a Diploma from a reputed Cardiac Lab in Cardiac Professional Cath Lab work.

Two years of house training/experience in a reputable Cardiac Cath Laboratory.

Speech Therapist:

Requires a B.Sc degree with a Diploma in Audio and Speech Therapy, followed by 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Cardiac Technician:

Eligibility includes 10+2 in Science along with a certificate course or Diploma in Cardiology Lab Investigations (ECG, Holter, and TMT). Training in Echocardiography is preferred.

Optometrist:

Requires a B.Sc in Optometry or a Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician (3 to 4-year course).

Registration with the concerned Council/Licensing body is mandatory.

ECG Technician:

Applicants must have completed 10+2/Graduation in Science, or hold a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology/Cardiology/Cardiology Technician/Cardiology Techniques.

Field Worker:

Requires 10+2 in Science with either Biology or Chemistry.

Age limit:

Age Requirement as of(01/01/2025) Dietician, Clinical Psychologist, Dental Hygienist, Health and Malaria Inspector Grade II, Laboratory Superintendent Grade III, Physiotherapist Grade II, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Cardiac Technician, Optometrist, ECG Technician, Laboratory Assistant Grade II –all candidates age limit 18 to 36 years.

Nursing Superintendent – 20 to 43 years

Audiologist and Speech Therapist – 21 to 33years.

Dialysis Technician – 20 to 36 years

Perfusionist – 21 to 43 years

Cath Laboratory Technician, Pharmacist(Entry Grade) -20 to 38years.

Radiographer X-Ray Technician – 19 to 36 years

Field Worker – 18 to 33 years.

Application Fees:

Railway Paramedical Application Fees Rs.250/- for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBDs/Female/Transgender/Minorities/Economically Backward Class and Rs. 500/- for all other applicants. Payment method must be online basic.
