INDIAN AIR FORCE (IAF) RECRUITMENT OF Agniveervayu Intake 02/2025 under the Agnipath Scheme

The IAF Agniveervayu Notification 2024 can now be accessed at agnipathvayu.cdac.in. The online registration will start on 8^th July , 2024 and will run until 28^th July, 2024. Unmarried Indian male and female candidates are invited to apply for the selection test for Agniveervayu Intake 02/2025 under the Agnipath Scheme. This initiative aims to provide the nation’s youth with the opportunity to experience the military way of life for a period of four years, pursuant to the new HR methodology for the induction of Agniveervayu under the Agnipath Scheme. The number and employability of female candidates will be determined based on service requirements.

Eligibility criteria for IAF Agniveervayu recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have passed Matric +2/ Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Education Board listed as COBSE member with at least 50% marks in English. Alternatively, they can have completed a 03 years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics/Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in total and 50% marks in English in diploma course. Another option is to have completed a Two years Vocational course with non-vocational subject viz. Physics and Math from State Education Boards/ Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in total and 50% marks in English in vocational course.

Besides Science Subjects:

Passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in any subject recognized by Central/State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with at least 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English.

Excluding Science Subjects:

Completed a two-years vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English in the vocational course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in the Vocational Course.

Age limit:

Candidates who were born between 03^rd July 2024 and 03^rd July 2008 are allowed to apply. In case when a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure then the maximum age limit at the time of enrollment should be 21 years.

Salary:

Authority are announce salary package(Monthly) wise for 4^th years and per year are salary shortly increases .

1^st Year Rs.30000/- per month.
2^nd Years Rs.30000/- per month.
3^rd Year Rs.36500/- per month.
4^th Year Rs. 40000/- per month.

Exit of after 4 years candidates can get Approximately Rs.10.4 Lakhs as Seva Nidhi Package.

Selection Process:

IAF Agniveervayu 2024 Selection Process includes----

Online Test
Physical Fitness Test(PFT)
Adaptability Test-1
Adaptability Test-2
Medical Examination.

Exam Syllabus:

The online test for Science Subjects will last 60 minutes and include English, Physics, and Mathematics based on the 10+2 CBSE syllabus.

For other than Science Subjects, the online test will be 45minutes long and cover English following the 10+2 CBSE syllabus, as well as Reasoning & General Awareness.

If you are taking both Science Subjects and other than Science Subjects, the online test will be 85 minutes long and include English, Physics, and Mathematics based on the 10+2 CBSE syllabus, as well as Reasoning and General Awareness.

The marking pattern for the online test is as follows:

One mark for each correct answer
No marks for unanswered questions
0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.

Physical Standards check:

Minimum height requirement is 152.5cms, male candidate, and female candidate 152cms ( female height for north east or hilly regions of Uttarakhand 147cms, and Lakshadweep 150cms).
Chest should have a minimum77cms for male candidate and female candidate 05cms expansion.
Weight should be proportional to height and age.
Normal hearing is necessary, able to hear a forced whisper from 6 meters with each ear.
Healthy gums, good teeth, and at least 14 dental points are required.
Visual standards are 6/12 in each eye, correctable to 6/6.
Corneal surgery like PRK/LASIK is not allowed.
Candidates should be in good general health, physically and mentally fit for duty worldwide.
Female candidates must undergo a gynecological examination covering external genitalia, hernia orifices, perineum, and other specific criteria.

Exam Fees:

The cost of the exam is Rs.550 plus GST. You can pay using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or Internet Banking through the payment gateway.

How to Apply:

To apply for IAF Agni veer Vayu Recruitment 2024 for eligible candidates must visit the official website agnipathvayu.cdac.in starting from 8^th July 2024. Make sure to upload the required documents during online registration, such as Class 10^th Passing certificate, Intermediate mark sheet, Higher education qualification, recent color photograph, left hand thumb impression image, signature image, and parent/guardians signature image. Image size must be 10kb to 50kb.
