Job Descriptions:

  • Finance Officer: You'll be the financial backbone of the university, meticulously managing its finances. This includes budgeting, overseeing all accounting functions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Curator: This role is a perfect fit for someone with a passion for preserving history and culture. You'll be responsible for overseeing the university's collections, managing exhibitions, and implementing effective preservation strategies to safeguard its valuable holdings.
  • Sports Officer: Do you have a passion for sports and a drive to promote physical activity? If so, then the Sports Officer role is calling your name! You'll play a key role in developing and promoting sports activities within the university, managing its sports facilities, and nurturing the sporting talent of its students.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualifications:

Finance Officer:

  • Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Finance with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.
  • Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or equivalent professional qualification. 
  • OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance.
  • 15(fifteen) years of working experience in management of finance in a Government/ University or Institute of Higher Learning/Commercial Establishment of which 5 years must be in higher administrative post involving supervision, control, planning and administration

Curator:

  • Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree in History or in Ancient Indian History with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed and a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Museology.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in an administrative position in a reputed museum.


Sports Officer:

  • Constantly good academic records followed by Master Degree in Physical Education or a Master Degree with a diploma or degree in Physical Education.
  • A minimum of 5 yrs. experience in organizing and conducting physical education or sports activities in a College/Institute of Higher Learning. Preference will be given to candidate having Diploma/Degree from the National Institute of Sports. Requirement of Master degree may be waived in case of graduate candidates with good academic record or at least 10 years experience of recognition in allied fields.

For all positions:

  • Age: Not below 30 years (relaxation possible for exceptional candidates with demonstrably strong qualifications and experience)
  • Candidates already employed must apply through proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
