Assistant Development Officer (ADO) (Gazetted, Group-B):

Stenographer Grade-II (Group-B, Pay Level-6):

  • you'll provide top-notch stenographic and administrative support to the SEZ's senior management. Your key duties will involve:Providing accurate and timely transcriptions from dictated recordings using shorthand.
  • Managing document preparation, filing, and retrieval systems efficiently.
  • Offering general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

Stenographer Grade-III (Group-C, Pay Level-4): 

This position is ideal for individuals with a Diploma in Stenography and a keen eye for detail. 
  • You'll be responsible for providing essential stenographic support to the SEZ's administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your typical duties will include:Transcribing dictated recordings accurately using shorthand.
  • Assisting with document preparation, including typing, formatting, and proofreading.
  • Providing logistical support to the SEZ team as required.


Are You Eligible?

The Falta SEZ will publish a detailed notification on their website (https://fsez.gov.in/) outlining the specific eligibility criteria for each position. However, based on past recruitment drives, you can expect the following:

  • Assistant Development Officer (ADO): A graduation degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or Commerce, is likely to be mandatory. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are crucial for this role with relevant experiences.

  • Stenographer Grade-II & Stenographer Grade-III: A Diploma in Stenography with exceptional typing speed and accuracy is a prerequisite. Proficiency in stenographic software and excellent communication skills will be advantageous with relevant experiences.


Age Limit:

Salary and Benefits:

  • Assistant Development Officer (ADO): You can expect a salary commensurate with Group-B positions under the Central Government pay scales Level -7 Rs. 44900/- to 142400/-

  • Stenographer Grade-II: This Group-B position offers a salary as per the Government of India's Pay Level-6 Rs. 35400/- to 112400/-

  • Stenographer Grade-III: This Group-C position offers a salary as per the Government of India's Pay Level-4 Rs. 25500/- to 81100/-

In addition to the base salary, benefits typically include health insurance, provident fund contributions, and leaves as per Government of India regulations.
