1.  Nationality:  

Applicants must be citizens of India, subjects of Nepal, or persons of Indian origin who have migrated from specific countries and intend to permanently settle in India. Candidates falling under categories (ii) and (iii) must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Candidates must be between 20 to 27 years old as of 01 January 2025 (born between 02 January 1998 and 01 January 2005, inclusive). 

3.  Educational Qualification:  

Applicants should have passed the required engineering degree course or be in the final year of an engineering degree program. Final year students must be able to provide proof of passing the engineering degree examination by 01 January 2025 and produce the engineering degree certificate within 12 weeks from the commencement of training at IMA.

Important Notes for Applicants:

1.  Final year candidates whose exams are scheduled after 01 January 2025 are not eligible to apply.
2. Candidates with backlogs at the time of application submission will not be allowed to appear for the SSB interview.

 1.  Shortlisting of Applications:

• The Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) will review all applications and set cutoff percentages for each engineering discipline/stream.
• Candidates meeting the cutoff will be shortlisted for further stages of the selection process.

 2.  Centre Allotment:

• Shortlisted candidates will receive an email regarding their center allotment.
• Candidates must log in to the website to select their SSB (Services Selection Board) dates on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• The option to select dates may be forfeited due to exceptional circumstances.

 3.  SSB Interview:

• Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at one of the Selection Centers in Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bengaluru, or Jalandhar by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer, and Interviewing Officer.
• Call letters for the SSB interview will be sent to candidates via their registered email ID and SMS.
• Allotment of Selection Centre is at the discretion of the Directorate General of Recruiting, IHQ MoD (Army), and requests for changes will not be entertained.

 4.  Two-Stage Selection Procedure:

• Candidates who clear Stage-1 will proceed to Stage-2, while those who fail in Stage-1 will be returned on the same day.
