The WBPRB
has recently issued an official notification stating that in order to
successfully submit the application for the Kolkata Police Recruitment 2024
Exam, all candidates are required to pay a fee. This fee can only be paid
through online mode of payments and is nonrefundable. However, there are
certain exemptions for the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe of West Bengal when
it comes to fee payment. Below is a table that provides information about the
fees for different categories.

Eligibility
& Age:
To apply
for the post of Lady Constable in Kolkata Police, female candidates must be
citizens of India. The age limit is between 18-30 years as of 01/01/2024. There
are age relaxations for different categories like Scheduled Castes, Scheduled
Tribes, Other Backward classes, Third Gender/Transgender persons, Civic
Volunteers, and Ex-servicemen. Educational qualification requires passing the
Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its
equivalent. Proficiency in Bengali language is necessary, except for permanent
residents of hiss sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts. Make
