1. TELANGANA STATE TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST (TS-TET) – 2024: Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible to appear for the TS-TET – 2024 examination, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

For Paper - I Classes I to V:

Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks (For SC/ST/BC/disabled person 45%) AND passed of two-years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)/ 4 year B.El.Ed/ 2 year diploma in education( Special Education)

Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 45% marks. In respect of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 40%. AND pass in 2 - year Diploma in Elementary Education /4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education) in case of the candidates who have passed or admitted to D.El.Ed / D.Ed., course prior to issue of these guidelines ( 23-12-2015).

Candidate in final year of D.El.Ed or its equivalent course can also apply.

For Paper - II Classes VI to VIII:

Graduation with at least 50% marks (For SC/ST/BC/Desabled person 45%) and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations

Candidate in final year of B.El.Ed or its equivalent course can also apply.

2. TELANGANA STATE TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST – 2024 Age Limit:

There is no upper age limit to apply for TS-TET – 2024.

3. TELANGANA STATE TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST - 2024 Application Fees:

The application fee for TS-TET – 2024 is Rs. 1000/- (One Thousnd) for each Paper (I or II). However, candidates applying for both Paper I and Paper II will have to pay Rs. 2000/-. Application fee can be paid in online through the official website.

4.TELANGANA STATE TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST – 2024 Examination Process:

TS-TET – 2024 will consist of two papers: Paper-I for candidates aspiring to teach classes I to V and Paper-II for candidates aspiring to teach classes VI to VIII. Both papers will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper-based).

5. TS-TET – 2024 Syllabus:

The syllabus for both Paper-I and Paper-II will cover topics related to Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and Social Studies (for Paper-II only). It's essential for candidates to thoroughly understand the syllabus and prepare accordingly.

Step-1: Payment, Eligible candidate have to pay the required ammount by putting their Preliminary data( name, dob, mobile number, email, etc). After successfull payement the candidate shall be issued a ‘Journal Number’ with which she/he can proceed with submission of application online.

Step-2: Submission of Application, Log In by putting Journal Number and other details Candidate should submit the applicaion by putting their qualification and other details.

Step-3: Print the application from for future reference.
