IPPB RECRUITMENT OF 47 CIRCLE BASED EXECUTIVES ON CONTRACT BASIS"
India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) is a government-owned entity that operates under the Department of Post, Ministry of Communications. With a 100% equity owned by the Government of India, IPPB aims to leverage the extensive network of indies 1, 55,015 post offices and 3 lakh Postmen and Garmin Dak Sevaks(GDS) to provide doorstep banking services. This innovative model is set to revolutionize banking and financial literacy in India, enabling the largest banking network in the country to reach every corner of the nation.
To support
our future growth and transformation, we are seeking qualified, energetic, and
dynamic candidates to join our Sales and Operations Department as Executives on
a contractual basis. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria

Post:
There are
47 vacancies for the post of Executive. The age limit is between 21 to 35 years
as of 01-03-2024. The vacancies reserved for different categories are as follows:
UR-12, EWS-04, OBC -12, SC -7, ST -3. Horizontal Reservation is applicable for
Persons with Disability as per Government of India norms. Please note that the
number of vacancies mentioned is tentative and subject to change based on the
Banks requirements.

candidate must apply for a vacancy in only one Circle. Applying for a vacancy
in one Circle will disqualify the candidate from applying for any other Circle.
The applicant’s
candidacy will only be considered for the vacancies in the Circle they have
applied for. The merit list will be prepared separately for each Circle.

Eligibility:
Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in any field is required. However, candidates with an MBA
in Sales/Marketing will be given first preference.
Work experience:
We are looking
for fresher’s for this position. However, candidates with prior experience in
sales/operations of final products will be considered desirable.
Contract:
The
contract will have an initial duration of one year, and it may be evaluated for
extension on a year to year basis for an additional two years, provided that satisfactory
performance is maintained. The maximum length of this contract will not exceed
three years.
Selection Process:
The candidate
selection process will be based on the marks obtained in graduation, group
discussion, and personal interview However, the bank reserves the right to selected
candidates solely based on the marks obtained in graduation or MBA and may also
conduct an online test or group discussion. It is important to note that
meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an invitation for an
interview, group discussion, or online test.
In case two or more candidates
have the same score in the selection process, the merit order will be
determined based on the candidates’ date of birth.
IPPB has the authority to call
only the required number of candidates for the assessment, interview, group
discussion, or online test after conducting a preliminary screening and
shortlisting process. This will be done by considering the candidates
qualifications, experience, profile, and how they align with the job
requirements.
The results of candidates, who
have successfully qualified for different stages of the recruitment process, as
well as the final list of selected candidates, will be made available on the
website. The final select list will also be published on the website.
Application fee:
SC/ST/PWD category candidates application fee is
Rs.-150. And all others Rs.-750.
Age relaxation:
Age
reservation and relaxation will be provided same to government of India
guideline. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 Year SC/ST, 3 year for OBC,
10 year for PWD-UR, 13 year for PWD-OBC,
and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST.
