The Ministry of Finances Department of Revenue is
seeking applications for the positions of Judicial Members, Technical Members
and Technical Member in the Principal Bench and States Benches of the GST
Appellate Tribunal . If you are eligible, you can apply online through the

The Ministry
of Finances Department of Revenue is currently accepting applications for the
positions of Judicial Members, Technical Members, (Center and State) at the
Principal bench and states benches of the GST Appellate Tribunal GSTAT serves
as the second Appellate Authority under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act,
2017, Responsible for hearing appeals related to the aforementioned Act and the
respective State/UTGST Acts. GSTAT consists of a Principal Bench situated in
Delhi And 31 State benches located in different parts of the country.

experience in Group A in the Indian Revenue Service , or those who have
served in the All India Service for at least 3 Years in indirect taxes or
finance and tax in the Central Government. |

Officers who have a minimum of 25years of experience
in Group A or its equivalent in the State Government, and hold a rank no lower
than Additional commissioner of VAT of SGST, or belong to the All India
Service, are eligible. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 3 years of
experience in indirect taxes or finance and tax in the State Government. |
To apply for
this position, you must be at least 50 years old as of the last date of
application. The monthly pay for this role is fixed at Rs.2,25,000. In addition
to the salary , you will receive other allowances and benefits that are
applicable to Central Government officers at Pay Level 17, such as DA and
Medical benefits.

of candidates will be done by a Search –Cum –Selection Committee, and the

necessary. The Committee will then recommend a panel of suitable candidates to
